Banana & Peanut Butter Bread Recipe!

Servings: 6-8 Prep Time: 20 Minutes Cook Time: 85-90 Minutes Cool Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients for Banana & Peanut Butter Bread:

· 125 g unsalted butter, softened.

· 1 Cup Brown Sugar

· 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

· 2 Eggs

· 2 Cups Mashed Banana

· 1 ¼ Cups Plain flour, sifted

· 1 tsp baking powder, sifted

· 1 tsp Bi-carb soda

· 1 tsp Cinnamon

· 1/3 Maple Syrup

· ½ Cup Crunchy Peanut Butter

Method for Banana & Peanut Butter Bread:

1. Preheat oven (fan forced) 160 Degrees, Place butter, sugar & vanilla extract in an electric mixer & beat for 8-10 minutes or until pale and creamy.

2. Scrap down sides of bowl, add eggs & beat well to combine.

3. Add banana, peanut butter, baking powder, bi-carb soda, cinnamon & Maple syrup & stir to combine.

4. Spoon mix into 26 x 11 cm greased loaf tin lined w/baking paper.

5. Bake for 85-90 minutes or until is cooked when tested w/ Skewer, let cool for 20 minutes before turning out to cool completely. 6. Banana & Peanut Butter Bread is ready to eat
