Ingredients for Chipotle BBQ Beef Bowl
· 500 g lean beef mince
· 4.5 tbsp chipotle BBQ sauce
· 2 eggs
· 2 pre-made packets brown rice
· 120 g matchstick carrots
· 100 g frozen greens
· Sriracha
Methods to making Chipotle BBQ Beef Bowl
1. If you have foresight, marinate your ground beef overnight. Put your bulgogi beef sauce in with your raw ground beef, mix it up, and then stack it in the fridge until you’re ready to cook.
2. Cook your rice.
3. Hard-boil your eggs
4. Cook your marinated ground beef in a pan
5. Assembly time! Using the two packs of rice evenly spread between 4 meals & separated beef into 4 equal servings.
6. Put your matchstick carrots in & frozen greens in.
7. Peel your eggs (my favourite part TBH) and put one half in each bowl.
8. Drizzle with sriracha and VOILA!!
