Carbohydrates - provides instant energy for the body to use

immediately, improve gut health and increase satiety (potatoes, corn,

pasta, oats)

Vitamins - are organic substances made by plants or animals, and are

essential to sustain life. There are 2 different ones that are fat soluble

and ones that are water soluble.

Minerals - is a chemical element required as an essential nutrient by

the body to perform functions necessary for life. Minerals are found in

the earth(soil) The human body cannot make minerals so to reach your

daily requirement you must do so through foods (fish, dairy products,

nuts, seeds, meat, seaweed and seafood.)

Water - is a fundamental part of the body, making up over two-thirds of

total body weight. It plays many roles in the body such as regulating

body temperature, eliminating waste, lubricating and cushion joints,

protects your spinal cord and protects body organs and tissues.
