Healthy Chicken & Salad Sandwich

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 10-15 minutes


Ingredients for Health Chicken & Salad Sandwich:

· 95g Chicken Breast

· 1/2 Avocado

· 1/2 Tomato

· Sprinkle (25g) Spinach Leaves

· Salt & Pepper

· 2 Slices of Wholegrain Bread

· Olive Oil

Method for Healthy Chicken & Salad Sandwich:

1. Heat frypan medium to high heat and pour your olive oil in the pan. While that is heating prepare your chicken.

2. Cut your Chicken breast into long stripes, marinate cut chicken with salt & pepper. Place in frypan.

3. While chicken is cooking begin to cut your tomato & avocado into slices.

4. Once chicken has been fully cooked through assemble sandwich.

5. Healthy Chicken & Salad Sandwich is ready to eat.
