· 175 g short-cut bacon

· 2 Chicken Breasts (220 g)

· 1 tsp Parsley

· 1 tsp Thyme

· 250 g Fettuccine Pasta

· 1 tbsp Olive Oil

· 2 Pinches Baby Spinach

· 1 Small Pinch Parmesan

· 200ml Light thickened cream

Method to making Home-Made Chicken Carbonara

1. Place large wok on low to medium heat with olive oil, dice onion & short-cut bacon and put aside while cutting chicken into cubes.

2. Up the heat to medium to high and add the diced onion until it is golden and then add t

he thyme and parsley and mix together.

3. Once bacon is cooked you can now apply the chicken and stir together. While that is cooking you can now turn on medium sized saucepan with water on high heat until boiling.

4. Add the fettucine broken in half and time 9 minutes to fully cook, make sure to stir occasionally as they will end up stuck together.

5. While that is boiling you can make sure chicken is cooked and you can add the light thickened cream, mix together and then add the baby spinach and mix together and leave to simmer while waiting for fettucine to be fully cooked.

6. Once all is prepared you can now drain the fettucine and serve into either meal prep containers or dinner plates.
