Ingredients for Protein Pancakes
· 75 g Oats
· 3 Large eggs
· 2 tbsp Light milk
· 1 tbsp baking powder
· Pinch of cinnamon
· 2 tbsp protein powder
Method to making Protein Pancakes
1. Place oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, cinnamon & protein powder in a blender for 1-2 minutes or until oats have broken down and is smooth.
2. Heat medium frying pan on medium heat with either oil or butter.
3. Begin to pour 2-3 rounds of batter, leave a little space between each to spread.
4. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until bubbles start to appear on the surface and the underside is golden. Flip over & cook for another minute until cooked through.
5. Transfer to a warmed oven and repeat with remaining batter.
6. Serve in stacks & add either strawberries, bananas, or maple syrup.
