Ingredients for Smashed Avocado Toast with Egg
· 1 Ripe Avocado
· 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
· Pinch Salt & Pepper
· 2 Slices Sourdough Bread (Toasted)
· 4 Hard-Boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
Method to making Smashed Avocado Toast with Egg
1. In medium bowl, smash avocado with lemon juice and ¼ teaspoon each salt & pepper.
2. Place medium sized saucepan with water on high until boiling, place eggs into boiling water and time for 5 minutes to cook.
3. When eggs are nearly done place your toast in the toaster, once done you are ready to serve.
4. Spread smashed avocado on bread and top with sliced eggs.
5. Top with salt and pepper to your liking.
